How the lane plays · Gold – Platinum
Yone has to close a 550 range gap that Ezreal pokes across; you win by dodging Q, then trading when his key spells are down.
Ezreal outranges you and pokes with Q (Mystic Shot). Stay behind minions, last hit with Q, and look for a short trade when his Q is on cooldown.
Two Q hits give you the dash, so look for a Q on minions into a Q on him. Respect E (Arcane Shift) being up when you go in.
R (Fate Sealed) can pull both enemies in. Ezreal's R (Trueshot Barrage) hits from anywhere, so track it, and use E (Soul Unbound) to engage and then return safely.
Play it aggressive
After he uses E (Arcane Shift) to dodge or reposition, you can go in with Q (Mortal Steel) for the dash and a short trade.
When his Q misses and sits on cooldown, step up with W (Spirit Cleave) for the shield and trade.
With your support engaging or his support out of position, E (Soul Unbound) in, hit what you can, and return.
Play it safe
Don't walk up without minions in front of you if his Q and W are both up, because the poke adds up.
Ezreal with E (Arcane Shift) available makes a lone all-in risky; he can blink away and you eat the damage.
At his level 6, respect R (Trueshot Barrage) when you're low, since it can finish you from across the map.

Long-range bolt that gets blocked by minions. Stay out of the line behind a minion and avoid walking straight at him with the wave empty.
Sticky orb that detonates and pulls his E toward you. Don't stand in a straight line with him, and avoid hanging around once you are tagged.
Blink that fires a homing bolt. It lets him escape your all-in, so engage when it's spent and don't chase blindly.
