By participating in this tournament, you agree to abide by the following rules. Failure to comply may result in immediate disqualification without appeal.
Riot ID or Tag Changed Recently?
Your profile must match your in-game name exactly. Please log out and log back in to force a Riot API data refresh before joining.
01. Pre-Match Protocol
1. Punctuality Requirement
All players must be online 10 minutes before the scheduled start. Check your local time zone carefully.
2. Mandatory Check-in
When the match is ready, you have a strict 10-minute window to click 'Check-in'. Failure to do so results in an automatic forfeit.
3. Tournament Code
Generated only after BOTH teams check-in. Copy/paste this code into the 'Tournament Code' tab (Trophy icon) in the LoL client.
4. Game Launch (Manual!)
Once all players are in the lobby, the game DOES NOT START AUTOMATICALLY. The captain MUST manually click 'Start Game' in the client.
Notification Awareness
Keep the platform open. Critical match updates (lobby code, validations) are sent via real-time alerts.
02. In-Game Engagement
Host must revoke invite privileges once the lobby is created to prevent unauthorized additions and ensure smooth play.
If the host kicks a player, your entire team risks elimination—so avoid unnecessary kicks.
If the host starts the game without all team members or if any non–team members join, the host’s team is immediately eliminated.
If no one creates or joins the lobby within 10 minutes, a random team wins and the other is eliminated.
The team with fewer active players in the lobby forfeits.
If all 10 expected players are present but the game didn't start, a random team is declared winner.
Zero Tolerance Policy
If the match exceeds 1 hour, a random team is eliminated to prevent bracket stalling.
